1 1/2 cups all purpose flower
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries ( I put almost 2 cups! )
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup butter softened
2 large eggs
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp lemon juice ( I had no lemon anything, but I put a couple of sloshes of vanilla in mine )
stir flower and next 3 ingredients in a bowl ; add blueberries
Whisk sugar and next 5 ingredients together until thoroughly blended. Add Flour mixture just until blended. Pour batter into a 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350 for one hour or until wooden pick in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool completely for one hour.

Thanks for sharing the recipe. I have some blueberries in my freezer that I picked at Jeannie's. I might have to try this!
IT's perfect for eating for breakfast with a cup of coffee.
