Saturday continued

We left the park and started heading east for London. I needed some nail glue for one of my toenails and some sunglasses andLila needed polish remover. So Sheila started looking for a town that looked like it would be big enough for walmart on the map. We decided to try Glasgow. We spotted a Super K-Mart, so we decided to stop there. We don't have one around us. :o) We were there for at least an hour. We tried on Clothes, jewelry, etc. :o) That's the fun of being an all gilr trip. Our husbands would have never stayed at Kmart for that long! When we got done shopping we had worked up an appetite. So we stopped at some pizza place and ate. We ended up spending a couple of hours in the town.....lol. Finally we made our way back out to the Interstate and headed on. Finally we rolled into London, which is a pretty cool little town. Shelly was waiting for us and excited. WE all chatted while she made pies. :o) There was a graduation party the next day and she was making some strawberry pies for it. She is like Martha Stuart! Her home made pie crust looked so good! After the pies were done we all started getting hungry so she made us some mexican salads. Really good! ( doritos, avacado, olives, onions, tomato, cheese, chilli beans, and sour cream. Yum. I snapped some shots of the assembly line. Some were chopping, some were building. She also made us some Sake Margaritas. I had never tried Sake before. They were really good. :o) We finally went to bed around 1 am I think. A LONG day!

Sake margaritas?!? OK, I want to hear the recipe for that. I love sake when we go to a Japanese restaurant!

Sounds like a fun trip! I haven't been on a girls trip since before Lee and I got married.
