Daytime offer

Well, one of the lpn's on day shift is going to a clinic so that leaves a position open. The charge nurse went around asking all of us last night if we wanted it. Of course everyone said NO! IT's so much more stressful! Like a 3 ring circus. You get less pay too. I immediatly said no when asked, but now I wonder. The work may be way more stressful and the pay less but I wonder if I'd still FEEL better. I'll roll it around in my head over the weekend..... The manager won't be back until monday anyway...... Decisions decisions......
