What if you personally received a letter from Jehovah saying.
My friends, I love you and I want you to be able to receive the gift of everlasting life I have made available for you. I have listed some serious reminders for you that are really urgent. :
Keep on the watch. Prove yourselves ready. Imitate Faithful ones who remained Watchful. You know neither the day nor the hour. So you should stay awake as christian families. Maintain a family worship evening. Keep your eye simple. Keep pursuing spiritual goals. Again, keep your senses, be watchful. Also you need to help people to awake from sleep. Be observant in the ministry. Focus on improving your skills. Don't forget your relatives! Maintain your sense of urgency. Imitate Jesus' example of watchfulness and be vigilant with a view to prayers. Watch out for Satan's traps! The fire, the pit and the snare. Do not look at the things behind. Learn watchfulness from Jesus' Apostles. Keep in expectation.....it will not be late. Keep your eyes on the things unseen. Remember , " the ten horns will hate the harlot, the nations will have to acknowledge Me, All these kingdoms will be crushed, the devil will be bound for a thousand years, they will build houses and vineyards, the wolf and the lamb will feed as one, I will wipe out every tear, all those in the memorial tombs will come out, I will be all things to everyone. I will also be sending you a public talk - " How can you survive the end of the world. "
Would that not make you sit up and pay attention to what is going on around you? Could Jehovah drop a bigger hint that the end is near and we better be getting prepared? There are such specific instructions as maintaining family worship night, and we need to improve our skills in the ministry, and now is not the time to be skipping over our relatives.
In reality these are specific things Jehovah is telling us. All talks from our convention that are listed on the back page of the June awake. Our 'invitation' from Jehovah to come hear his instructions for the coming events.
I'm really looking forward to this convention. I have a feeling it will be like no other. All about what we have to do to survive.
