Instead of writing all of this out, I'll just share the video I followed. It works! I refilled mine with Mr Clean with Febreeze. Just a couple spoon fulls to a bottle, so it just costs me a few cents to refill now! AND it doesn't streak as bad as the actual swiffer solution does.
