Wednesday: Lima beans, Hoe cakes, Key Lime Pie
Thursday : Vegetarian Spaghetti, Garlic Bread, Salad
Friday: Beer Battered Fish sandwiches, tater tots
Saturday : Open / Go out?
Sunday : Veggie or cheese Pizza.

I have to know - what is a hoe cake?? LOL!!
HaHa.... I knew someone would ask that... well, this will be my first time making them. I found it in a recipe book last night. Basicly they are super thin cornbread/ pancakes. That's the best way I can describe. I'll let you know how they are! Such a goofy name!
